At KHATAS, we celebrate the raw beauty and rich heritage of traditional Indian art forms. Each piece of artwork is individually handmade by master artisans using centuries-old techniques.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following unique characteristics of handcrafted products:

• Natural Variations: Because these items are not mass-produced in a factory, minor variations in size, weight, metallic finish, engraving details, clay casting marks, and polishing are natural, expected, and inherent to the crafting process.
• Color & Texture: Due to the organic nature of raw metals, alloys, and traditional baking techniques, small tonal variations or oxidation marks may be present. Furthermore, actual product colors may vary slightly from the images displayed on your screen due to digital photography lighting and individual monitor settings.
• Acceptance of Craftsmanship: These distinct nuances are signatures of authentic human craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects, damages, or grounds for a complimentary return or exchange.

We reserve the absolute right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed on our platform at our sole discretion. This clause is actively enforced to protect our artisans and our business from fraudulent practices and logistics failures.

• Fraud Prevention & Security: For high-value domestic and international shipments, our automated risk-assessment tools or support team may flag an order for additional verification. We reserve the right to request proof of identity or payment validation. If the requested information is not provided within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Logistics & Serviceability Limitations: While we ship globally through our shipping partners, certain remote regions, international military addresses, or high-risk postal codes may not be safely serviceable by our courier network. If our logistics partners refuse a shipment due to operational constraints, we will notify you immediately and cancel the order with a full refund.
• Pricing or Inventory Errors: In the event that a handicraft is inadvertently listed with an incorrect price, incorrect weight calculation, or inaccurate stock status due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction even if you have already received an order confirmation or completed payment.
